- our flat replaces any hotel stay allowing for true, independent, Berlin living whilst offering superb assistance should it be requested (see pricing list)
- the flat is inside an ‘altbau’ (old, 20th century historic building) and located in ‘hinterhaus’ (quiet, back part of building) on the top floor and flooded with sunlight
- the flat blends original character with wooden floor boards and remnants of a coal oven dating back to the early 1900’s combined with modern design
- has an original german ‘Blaupunkt’ vintage ‘70’s radio & vinyl record system
- resembles a treehouse, the windows face in the direction of lush, nestling trees
- the interior is minimally designed yet cozy due to historic building architecture
- ample heating, appliances such as stove/oven and washing machine make the flat home to all guests

Nightlife is buzzing yet tame and peaceful.

Pricing (all in euros to be paid in cash/electronic bank transfer):
- 1 person: €50/night
- 2 persons: €60/night
- 3 persons: €70/night
- required deposit of 50% of total at reservation, rest in cash upon check-in*
- minimum 2 nights*
- pricing includes final cleaning fee
Flat Rental Process:

- check available dates & confirm period of stay
- Pay 50% of rental total via: Paypal or Bank Transfer (German account)
- upon arrival, pay remaining balance & €50 deposit in cash to receive flat keys
- check out by 12pm noon & return keys for deposit return (pending no damage)
